Jan Term is a unique opportunity for RBCS high school students in 9th-12th grades. Students are given the chance to spend the first two weeks of second semester off campus. While off campus, students may take part in an internship (11th-12th grades) or a mission trip. Recent trips have been to Nicaragua, Alabama, and colleges across America.
Because Jan Term is built into second semester, most students are able to take advantage of this opportunity. Many 11th-12th graders are often able to find a possible career direction from their internship experience. This helps give both purpose and perspective to our high school students and for many, it is considered a very memorable experience.
Registration typically begins in late fall.
