Job Description: The Accounting Assistant will assist the CFO and Development Director with accounting related tasks. This role includes the input and balance of tuition entries into the FACTS system and assist with enrollments when necessary. The accounting assistant is responsible for incidental billing on student accounts, reconciliations, and some payroll functions. Management of the school store is also a part of this role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required. Punctuality, critical thinking skills, a good attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks is essential. A basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.

Administrative Assistant, Niceville Campus

Job Description: The Administrative Assistant shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the front office and receive and direct phone calls as appropriate. The assistant must have a clear, pleasant voice and dress in an appropriate manner for receiving the public. The assistant shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school. The assistant is also responsible for mail distribution, data entry, report preparation, and will assist the CFO and Development Director with other tasks.

Kindergarten Teacher Assistant, Niceville Campus

Job Description: The assistant teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. Co-teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Support teachers in tasks necessary to provide a constructive learning environment. Integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.  Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises.  Follow prescribed school policy for discipline procedures. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide or creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

Part-time, 10-month position, Aug-Jun; $10/hr pay rate. Non-specific bachelor degree is required. Hours on school days: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Substitute will follow guidance from teacher on integrating biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout all activities.  Substitute will keep proper discipline on the school premises, follow prescribed school policies for discipline procedures, and employ a variety of given instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

Bus Driver

Substitute drivers and Route drivers (10 month position, Aug 1-June 1); $30 each route (AM or PM); $60 both routes (AM and PM). Hours: 6:00am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 5:00pm (based on route).

Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Ensure accountability of all assigned students; ensure order and discipline is maintained on bus.
