Bus Driver
Substitute drivers and Route drivers | 10 month position based on the RBCS school year | $40 per route (AM or PM) | $80 per day (AM and PM) | Hours: 6:00am–8:00am and 3:00pm–5:00pm (based on route)

Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Ensure accountability of all assigned students; ensure order and discipline is maintained on bus.
Job Requirements:
- Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)
- Medical physical required to obtain CDL license.
- RBCS reimburses all fees upon completion and passing of all tests.
- Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.

Executive Assistant

Job Description: The Executive Assistant will support the Superintendent, set priorities to meet deadlines, respond to emails, and goals while working independently; and provide general administrative support as needed. The Executive assistant will also assist in the scheduling, management, and implementation of the Superintendent’s activities.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. Teach each concept utilizing multisensory strategies for each learning style in LEAP class.

PT Custodian, Crestview Campus

Job Description: The school custodian shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by cleaning campus facilities and assuring grounds are well maintained and suitable for daily school. The campus should be a clean and orderly area. The custodian shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school. Assists with replacement of light bulbs and repairs minor fixtures. Cleans and disinfects restrooms and drinking fountains, classrooms, windows, and hallways; sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; opens and closes building when needed. Must have recordkeeping skills to maintain custodial schedules, ordering supplies, monitoring supply usage, and completing monthly reports. The position requires 10-15 hours per week either before school hours or after.

Skill set to individualize course instruction to meet the students’ needs and able to modify and adjust modifications as the student responds. Job Description: The part-time Band Director will help recruit and retain students in the middle school band program; teach appropriate instrument pedagogy and ensemble skills for student success; and prepare individual students for success at individual auditions and competitions. The part-time Band Director will also collaborate with building Fine Arts staff; prepare middle school ensembles for successful performances and competitions; and participate in state, local, and FACCS competitions.
