Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. - Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)

Job Description: The school counselor will work with students providing individual counseling sessions dealing with personal issues, emotional challenges, or behavioral concerns. They will facilitate small group counseling sessions addressing common social and emotional issues among students. The counselor will collaborate with teachers to provide classroom guidance lessons on social-emotional topics relevant to elementary students. The counselor will consult with parents and guardians to address concerns related to their child’s well being.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling or related subject area or have obtained a Master’s degree that includes 18 semester credit hours in School Counseling subject area.

Job Description: The Development Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a comprehensive fundraising and donor relations program to support the mission and vision of Rocky Bayou Christian School (RBCS). This position works to strengthen financial support through annual giving, capital campaigns, grants, alumni relations, and community partnerships. The Development Coordinator plays a key role in donor stewardship, fundraising communications, and event coordination while collaborating closely with the advancement team and volunteers.

Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the Middle School Office and receive/direct phone calls as appropriate. The reception area is a place of service to the public and should be a hospitable reception area which brings Glory to God. The Front Desk Receptionist must have a clear, pleasant voice and dress in an appropriate manner for receiving the public. High School English/Language Arts Teacher
- Full-time, 10-month position, Starting July 29, 2025 – June 3, 2026; Salaries starting between $32,000 to $38,000. Pay adjusted based on experience and degrees. Full benefit package as well as tuition benefits.

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or bachelor’s degree that includes 18 semester hours in education.
Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education course provided by RBCS.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer programs used in a classroom. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database software.
Ability to use technology in lesson plans, such as projector, iPads, and online videos.
Proficiency in Promethean boards desired
