Substitute drivers and Route drivers | 10 month position based on the RBCS school year | $40 per route (AM or PM) | $80 per day (AM and PM) | Hours: 6:00am–8:00am and 3:00pm–5:00pm (based on route)

Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Ensure accountability of all assigned students; ensure order and discipline is maintained on bus.
Job Requirements:
- Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)
- Medical physical required to obtain CDL license.
- RBCS reimburses all fees upon completion and passing of all tests.
- Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.
Additional Requirements:
- A strong, clear Christian testimony, acknowledging Jesus Christ as Savior, and seeking to live as His disciple
- Must be a member/regular attender at a local Trinitarian church
- A demonstrated acceptance without reservation of the Rocky Bayou Christian School Statement of Faith
- A mature, godly spirit that desires spiritual growth as evidenced by his/her prayer life, Bible study and spiritual outreach to others
- A Christian role-model (Luke 6:40) in attitude, speech, and actions toward others. This includes being committed to God’s biblical standards for sexual conduct
- Must enroll any school aged children in Rocky Bayou Christian School or other approved Christian education venue
- Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education course provided by Rocky Bayou Christian School

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and participate in activities that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women, to the praise and glory of God. Substitute will use the materials provided by the teacher in the designated grade to instruct assigned students. Substitute will follow guidance from teacher on integrating biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout all activities. Substitute will keep proper discipline on the school premises, follow prescribed school policies for discipline procedures, and employ a variety of given instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the computer programs used to update student grades, and Database software. Ability to use technology for regular communication.
- Must have children, if applicable, enrolled in Christian Education.

Teach music classes as well as direct school choirs. Direct and present music programs during the school year. Integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the musical activities. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Music or related specialty or have obtained a Bachelor’s degree that includes 18 semester credit hours in music education or related specialty.
- Demonstrated competency in the computer programs used to update student grades, and database software.
- Ability to use technology in lesson plans.
