Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and participate in activities that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women, to the praise and glory of God.  Substitute will use the materials provided by the teacher in the designated grade to instruct assigned students. Substitute will follow guidance from teacher on integrating biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout all activities.  Substitute will keep proper discipline on the school premises, follow prescribed school policies for discipline procedures, and employ a variety of given instructional aides, methods, and materials to provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.

Full-time, 10-month position, starting Fall– Aug 1, 2020- June 4, 2021. The starting salary is $26,562 to $28,579; Pay will be adjusted based on experience and degrees. Healthcare benefits package available. 50% tuition discount for all students enrolled at RBCS.

Niceville Campus Academy Band Director

This is a contracted, professional, exempt employee that is paid on an annualized salaried basis.

Job Description: The band director will recruit and retain students in the middle and high school band program.  Teach appropriate instrument pedagogy and ensemble skills for student success. Prepare individual students for success at individual auditions and competitions. Collaborate with building Fine Arts staff. Prepare Elementary, Middle School and High School Ensembles for successful performances and competitions. Participate in state, local, and FACCS competitions

Primarily High School/Middle School Band directing and teaching. Other teaching responsibilities could be assigned based on need and experience. Must be able to integrate and articulate a clear Biblical worldview. Teaching certification or equivalent preferred. Must be eligible and qualified to obtain FACCS teaching certifications. Music/instrumental teaching experience preferred.

Job Description: Administrative position with possible instructional blocks, as needed.  Responsible for daily operations of K3-6th grade elementary in the absence of the Principal.
Maintain the biblical integration of principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.
Develop an optimum learning environment. Visit classrooms on a regular basis and provide follow-up conferences.
Provide oversight and monitor student progress to help each student attain the highest level of achievement.
Build relationships with families and staff for the overall benefit of each student and the school.

Job Description: The School Receptionist shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the front office and receive and direct phone calls as appropriate. The reception area is a place of service to the public and should be a hospitable reception area which brings Glory to God. The receptionist must have a clear, pleasant voice and dress in an appropriate manner for receiving the public. The receptionist shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school. The Receptionist is also responsible for the RBCS Mail Clerk program and Administrating the RBCS teacher substitution program.
