Job Description: Ensure that employees have the necessary resources, training, and support to do their job effectively. Purchase and maintain technology equipment. Purchase and maintain software licenses. Oversee use and maintenance of phone system, intercoms, access control, and cameras. Develop IT budget, oversee all IT purchases, purchase orders, and check requests. File for funding through eRate, EANS, etc. Make necessary updates to school website.
Maintain Firewall to include setup of access rules, configuration maintenance, system patch updates, virtual private network access, and daily threat assessment. Stay current with Child Internet Protection Act requirements. Manage an active directory domain, dynamic host configuration, domain name system, Azure Active Directory, and resource sharing. Manage TCP/IP based network, control IP address space, wire closet configuration, and maintain trend analysis of network utilization for troubleshooting and fault isolation. Develop, update, document, and manage GPOs across the domain. Maintain backup and recovery practices and procedures. Perform Active Directory Services administration and management to include routine maintenance and configuration. Maintain computer: defragment hard drive, run check disk, remove dust from inside computer, set computers up for best performance, and upgrade software. Diagnose software and hardware problems and replace parts as necessary. Move computers, monitors, projectors, and any IT equipment as needed. Monitor maintenance requests in the shared support email. Add/move IP phones; establish new cable runs to support customer requirements; fault isolation/troubleshoot existing connectivity. Ensure that security, web filtering, and virus protection is in place for the campus network.

Job Description: The School Receptionist shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the front office. Receive and direct phone calls as appropriate. The reception area is a place of service to the public and should be a hospitable reception area which brings Glory to God. The receptionist must have a clear, pleasant voice and dress in an appropriate manner for receiving the public. The receptionist shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school. The Receptionist is also responsible for providing clerical support to the Finance, HR, and Development offices.

Head Varsity Boys Soccer Coach

Job Description: Organize the program so that it is consistent with the philosophy, goals and objectives of RBCS. Supervise and evaluate assistant coaches and recommend personnel for assistant coaching positions to the athletic director. Inventory, selection, care, maintenance of equipment and play surfaces. Assist athletic director in scheduling departure times and possible release times. Provide for safety and welfare of participants. Prepare and condition athletes for competition. Coaches will not leave the facility until the last athlete has gone. Develop fundamental skills and implement sports program based on good sportsmanship and leadership building activities. Set and review team expectations, eligibility requirements, participation rules, district athletic code, and team expectations to all squad members.
