Job Description: Assistant Advancement Director prayerfully coordinates all fundraising, special events, volunteers, direct marketing, and donor management to the praise and glory of God. Responsible for the overall vision planning, management, coordination and evaluation of the enrollment management, development, communications and constituent/public relations programs of the school – activities that create a supportive climate for enrollment and fundraising.  This is all in an effort to provide sufficient resources to ensure the school can achieve its mission.

Required Personal Qualities:  The Advancement Assistant shall be a confessing Christian who maintains an active personal relationship with Christ as Savior and Lord.  The Advancement Assistant shall complete the RBCS Philosophy of Christian Education requirement, and possess work experience in an educational setting. Must have a graphic design portfolio available for review. Job requires equal focus on web design, print design and social media networking. Job Description: The school custodian shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by cleaning campus facilities and assuring grounds are well maintained and suitable for daily school. The campus is a place of service to the public and should be a clean and orderly, hospitable area which brings Glory to God. The custodian must dress in an appropriate manner for receiving the public. The custodian shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school. Assists with replacement of light bulbs and repairs minor fixtures. Integrate biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities.  Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises.  Follow prescribed school policy for discipline procedures. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide or creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. Must be willing and able to work with closely with RBCS coaches, nesting training strategies for the greater good of collective teams. Must be willing and capable of training a weight lifting team from RBCS.

As Chaplain, the Discipleship Director will oversee all chapel programs, both on the elementary and academy level. Chaplain coordinates and approves all outside speakers and special programs as well as to coordinate youth-led activities. Chaplain maintains oversight over the Praise band and Audio-Visual team which support the chapel program.

As Chaplain, the Discipleship Director will also function as a boys’ counselor, providing godly counsel and instruction to students facing difficulties and problems at home or in school. The Discipleship Director will oversee Leadership Trek, the school’s leadership development program and will give oversight to the Missions Club, the Student Council, and to the Freshman Retreat committee.

As Chaplain, the Discipleship director will serve as an intermediary between the school and the ministers of the community and be active with ministerial associations where appropriate and possible. Director should be able to foster a good working relationship with pastors and youth pastors in the community and provide a positive relationship on behalf of the school with these persons.
