Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Ensure accountability of all assigned students; ensure order and discipline is maintained on bus.
Job Requirements:
- Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)
- Medical physical required to obtain CDL license.
- RBCS reimburses all fees upon completion and passing of all tests.
- Must complete the Philosophy of Christian Education requirement.

The substitute will use the materials provided by the teacher in the designated grade to instruct assigned students. The substitute will follow guidance from the teacher on integrating biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout all activities. Substitutes will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

- Demonstrated proficiency in computer programs used in a classroom. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and database software.
Ability to use technology in lesson plans, such as projector, iPads, and online videos.

Job Description: The Online Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the school’s online learning programs. Coordinate daily operations of the school’s online learning programs; Serve as primary point of contact for online students, families and staff; Monitor student participation, engagement and progress in online class via the learning lab/study hall classroom; Provide basic technical support for students; Communicate with families regarding schedules, expectations and progress; Works closely with school administrators and guidance department to ensure student online enrollment growth and retention; Responsible for summer school and summer fast track programs including attendance, enrollment, test proctoring, grade entry and parent communication.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology or a related field

Job Description: The assistant principal is an administrative position with possible instructional blocks, as needed. Will be responsible for daily operations of 7-12th grade in the absence of the principal. Develop an optimum learning environment, visit classrooms on a regular basis and provide follow-up conferences. Provide oversight and monitor student progress to help each student attain the highest level of achievement. Build relationships with families and staff for the overall benefit of each student and the school. Demonstrate attention to relationships with those students, faculty, and staff over whom he/she has administrative. Evaluate responsibility, encourage self-development improved productivity. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. Establish a network of identifying problems, recording particulars, and passing on information that documents attempts made to solve the problem. Oversee and implement programs designed to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of students and school personnel assigned to his/her school including fire drills and an emergency preparedness program. Develop and encourage the use of a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional. Establish a schedule of reporting arrival and dismissal time for students and personnel assigned to his/her school and report repeated infractions of the schedule to principal. Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the principal and superintendent.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Educational Administration and/or Special Education with state certification or meet the standard as required by FACCS for accreditation.

Job Description: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) shall prayerfully help students in their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. The COO is responsible for overseeing the school’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the effective management of resources and processes to support the school’s mission and goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to upholding the school’s Christian values. The role performs a variety of strategic and tactical administrative tasks. The COO will lead and manage key administrative areas including facilities, grounds, safety, transportation, IT, compliance and maintenance. In collaboration with other members of the leadership team, the COO helps to shape long-term strategies. At all times the COO will provide excellent customer service to families, students, faculty and staff. This role requires a seasoned, mission-driven leader with a strong understanding of operational best practices in a private school setting, a heart for Christian education, and the ability to balance stewardship with innovation and growth.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in operational management or a related role, preferably in an educational setting with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
