Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. Ensure accountability of all assigned students; ensure order and discipline is maintained on bus.
Job Requirements:
- Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)
- Medical physical required to obtain CDL license.
- RBCS reimburses all fees upon completion and passing of all tests.

Job Description: The Online Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the school’s online learning programs. Serve as primary point of contact for online students, families and staff; Monitor student participation, engagement and progress in online class via the learning lab/study hall classroom; Provide basic technical support for students; Communicate with families regarding schedules, expectations and progress; Works closely with school administrators and guidance department to ensure student online enrollment growth and retention; Responsible for summer school and summer fast track programs including attendance, enrollment, test proctoring, grade entry and parent communication.

Job Description: The Academic Advising Assistant is responsible for managing student records, enrollment processes, and academic data, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including grades, attendance, and demographic information. Process and manage transcripts, reports cards, and other academic documents. Provide support with course selection and academic records. Set up class schedules for Academy students and notify staff of any changes to schedules. Create and distribute weekly grade probation lists, produce report cards, and prepare transcripts. Assist testing coordinator.

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in History, or related field that includes 18 semester credit hours in education
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Proficiency in Promethean boards desired
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with a collaborative and positive attitude

Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the Elementary Office and receive/direct phone calls as appropriate. The reception area is a place of service to the public and should be a hospitable reception area which brings Glory to God. The Front Desk Receptionist shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma of GED equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Job Description: The Guidance Counselor will work directly with their principal and the Superintendent. The Guidance Counselor shall assist students and parents in educational program planning and scheduling of classes. Their duties will include preparing progress reports and report cards, setting up schedules for the students, adjusting schedules as requested by the principal, counseling with parents and students about grade issues, and maintaining student records.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling or related field that includes 18 semester credit hours in School Counseling
