Job Description: Responsible to ensure assigned bus is mechanically sound to drive route; pick-up/drop off assigned students safely and in compliance with all DOT rules and regulations and safety guidelines. - Current Commercial Drivers’ License Class B (CDL) (with air brakes) or willing to get trained and take test to obtain CDL. (Training would be accomplished as soon as possible.)

Job Description: The Online Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the school’s online learning programs. Job Description: The assistant principal is an administrative position with possible instructional blocks, as needed. Will be responsible for daily operations of 7-12th grade in the absence of the principal. Develop an optimum learning environment, visit classrooms on a regular basis and provide follow-up conferences. Provide oversight and monitor student progress to help each student attain the highest level of achievement. - Previous experience working in a classroom with elementary aged children preferred

Job Description: The teacher will help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christian men and women to the praise and glory of God. Teach all subjects assigned in the designated grade, adhering to the course instruction as prescribed in the Curriculum Guide. Integrate Biblical principles and the Christian philosophy of education throughout the curriculum and activities. Keep proper discipline in the classroom and on the school premises. Employ a variety of instructional aides, methods, and materials that will provide creative teaching to reach the whole child: spiritual, mental, physical, social, and emotional.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development, or related field that includes 18 semester credit hours in education

Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist shall graciously serve the RBCS ministry by receiving parents and guests arriving in the Elementary Office and receive/direct phone calls as appropriate. The reception area is a place of service to the public and should be a hospitable reception area which brings Glory to God. The Front Desk Receptionist shall have general knowledge of the purpose, vision, and mission of the school and be able to answer general questions concerning the school.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma of GED equivalent
